Salary

Base: $112,765.00 - $147,511.00 annually; Bonus: Annual Quality Incentive Bonus available; Benefits: Generous Continuing Education Time & Allowance, Robust PTO, 12 weeks paid parental leave, 403(b) match

  • Delaware license or license-eligible
  • FNP certification required
  • Prescriptive Authority and DEA registration
  • BLS certification required
  • Chronic disease management experience

Key Requirements
