The primary purpose of this job is to provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions, monitoring their conditions, reporting changes, and maintaining confidentiality of resident information.
Employees are expected to cooperate with inter-departmental personnel to ensure nursing services meet resident needs and to participate in nursing reports and shift meetings.
