Job Summary

  • This role oversees the P&L for the practice, working collaboratively with sales and service leaders on revenue performance, invoicing, profitability, and budget management.
  • The Senior Operations Lead will also manage all operational processes, analytics, systems, and vendor relationships that support the practice and enable our consulting teams to deliver exceptional client service.
