Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are required to report all changes in resident conditions to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, transporting patients, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring a warm and safe environment throughout the shift.
