Job Summary

• Supports the Area Merchandising function by addressing and resolving service requests, new item setup, and excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory issues in a timely manner.
• Acts as the central escalation point of contact for all service requests related to product specifications, availability, substitutions, and merchandising issues.
• This role will also receive annual incentive plan bonus up to 10% of base salary and benefits may include health insurance, retirement benefits, and paid time off.

Base: $60,000 - $110,000; Bonus/Equity: up to 10% annual incentive plan bonus; Benefits: health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, employee stock purchase plan, and life insurance

Key Requirements

• 5 years purchasing, merchandising, sales or customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Previous US Foods experience preferred
• PRISM/Merlin/Tandem skills preferred
