Evaluate patients within twenty four (24) hours, or 1 business day of physician referral and develop effective treatment plans approved by the referring physician.
Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, aides, and students while assisting nursing with training and participating in interdisciplinary meetings and discharge planning.
Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with Occupational Therapy Board State Practice Act and governmental requirements, and recommend necessary durable medical equipment to facilitate patient independence.
