As part of the AIA Corporate Solutions Division, the Sales and Marketing LIG Business Development Manager will report to the Manager, Sales & Marketing (LIG & Marketing Communications) and be involved in the creation of worksite/virtual customer events/digital marketing campaigns for AIA Tied Distribution channel to cross-sell Life Insurance to existing insured members of corporate insurance base

Job Summary

  • As part of the AIA Corporate Solutions Division, the Sales and Marketing LIG Business Development Manager will report to the Manager, Sales & Marketing (LIG & Marketing Communications) and be involved in the creation of worksite/virtual customer events/digital marketing campaigns for AIA Tied Distribution channel to cross-sell Life Insurance to existing insured members of corporate insurance base.
  • This role will also manage an independent group of health and wellness vendors under AIA Flagship employee engagement program “AIA Workplace Wellbeing” to ensure its viability and relevance to the Employee Benefits market.
  • In summary, the candidate will be responsible to develop, monitor and execute growth strategies for Life in Group business to achieve exponential growth.
