This leader will attract, lead, train, motivate, and develop high-performing HR team members and proactively create and implement actionable HR initiatives.
The role requires comprehensive knowledge of country, federal, state and local labor and employment laws and experience implementing talent management and DEI plans aligned with corporate strategy.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline with 4+ years of experience or 6+ years of experience with an Associate’s degree
Minimum 7 years progressive HR experience
At least 3 years managing others
At least 3 years on-site manufacturing HR support
Human Resources Certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP) preferred
Proficiency with MS Office, Web-based ATS and integrated HRIS applications
Workday experience preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of country, federal, state and local labor and employment laws
