Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of five years of service industry experience
  • Managing service operations and/or service scheduling
  • Ability to perform work independently
  • Solid organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of projects
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Internet business application usage
  • Strong data management capabilities
  • Able to prioritize work activities
  • Able to influence diverse teams
  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • Experience with project accounting or costing principles desired
