Job Summary

• Performs a wide range of duties relating to the origination of residential 1st mortgage loans for branch offices and outside referrals, meeting standards and objectives for mortgage loan sales and cross-selling.
• Focuses on selling CRA products and services, targeting low to moderate-income individuals and areas, as well as non-profit organizations, assuming overall responsibility for the residential mortgage loan from application to closing.
• Compensation for this position is largely incentive-based, combined with either a base salary or a draw, and is based upon company, line of business and/or individual performance.
