  • Cultivate a diverse and high-performing team, positioning them as trusted advisors to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, while overseeing the hiring, onboarding, and professional development of Account Executives.
  • Develop and execute the GTM strategy for the team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives, and provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities, pipeline health, and forecasts to Area Sales Management.
