Job Summary

• This key position at HMA is responsible for all Sales related activities and field sales personnel within the region.
• Train, supervise, motivate and mentor direct reports to maximize each individual’s contributions to Hyundai and to prepare individuals for professional growth within the organization.
• The ability to run these various systems is the key to this position. Without this ability the candidate cannot generate the required data.

Key Requirements

• Eight or more years of experience in automotive industry
• Field experience as a District Sales Manager and Staff Manager required
• Three years of supervisory experience required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Master’s Degree a plus
