Job Summary
The IT Portfolio & Operations Analyst Intern will support the Department of Housing and Community Development’s technology portfolio management and operations.
This role will assist with documenting workflows, analyzing operational data, improving business processes, and supporting governance and policy development efforts across DHCD systems and programs.
The intern will gain hands-on experience in process improvement, data analysis, technology governance, and project coordination while working closely with leadership and technical staff to improve the efficiency, transparency, and effectiveness of departmental operations.
