Job Summary

  • This position will deeply participate in factory operational management and supply chain operations analysis, using precise data analysis and comprehensive cost control mechanisms to provide key decision-making basis for management, and promote operational efficiency improvement and continuous optimization.
  • Key responsibilities include tracking key operational indicator trends, leading operational performance meetings, proposing important issues, and providing management decision recommendations, as well as factory expense variance analysis, annual budget preparation, and regular tracking.
  • Utilize automation tools such as Power BI, RPA, or AI to improve operational efficiency and decision-making quality, and assist in promoting operational process improvement and cost optimization projects.
