Job Summary

• Contribute to CFRM’s overarching risk management strategy by supporting facilitation of risk assessments, guiding business partners through audits, providing counsel and thought leadership, and driving execution.
• Assist in managing internal audits from the side of the Auditee for audits impacting CFRM and facilitate risk assessments and related activities.
• Analyze data to proactively identify risks, trends, and process improvements, and effectively collaborate with various stakeholders across all three lines of defense.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience
• At least 2 years of experience in consulting, auditing, or risk management
• 3+ years experience in consulting, auditing, or risk management (preferred)
• 2+ years experience with internal audit or federal regulators (preferred)
• Experience in a second-line or oversight role (preferred)
