Organize and coordinate compliance and operational audits of Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), including conducting audits and writing reports.
Manage the onboarding of new TPAs by implementing the certification process and negotiating delegation contracts in collaboration with legal and operational departments.
Monitor partnerships with TPAs to ensure adherence to AIG standards, track activity, and assess management quality, including claims processing and fraud monitoring.
