Base: $120,000-$140,000/year; Bonus/Equity: Sign-On Bonus plus Production & Medical Director Stipend; Benefits: Health, Dental & Vision Insurance, 401(k) with 5% match, PTO, CE allowance, student loan reimbursement, relocation assistance
