The Dietary Director oversees all aspects of the dietary department to ensure meals are safe, nutritious, and tailored to meet each resident’s individual needs.
This role includes managing staff, maintaining budget compliance, and coordinating with other departments to support resident well-being and satisfaction.
The work environment is usually low to moderate noise level with reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.

Key Requirements
Graduate of approved dietary manager’s course
Minimum one year experience in long-term care dietary
Must maintain continuing education and licensing
Good standing with Department of Public Health License and Certification Division
