The intern will be required to work on cases in sectors as diverse as infrastructure, energy, transport and mining, in various jurisdictions in Europe, Africa and Central Asia.
The intern's responsibilities will therefore encompass a diverse range of tasks, ranging from preparing legal research to drafting memoranda and contractual documentation, as well as assisting with due diligence work.
