The salary range for this role is $142,400.00 - $224,100.00, with eligibility for annual bonus and long-term incentive, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Requirements
Bachelors degree and 8 years Program Management experience (3 in clinical research/data management)
Advanced degree and 4 years Program Management experience (3 in clinical research/data management)
Minimum 3 years clinical research, data management, or metadata management experience
Awareness of industry standards (CDISC, HL7)
Awareness of project management methodologies (Scrum, Agile, Waterfall)
