Job Summary

  • As a Senior CRM Strategist, you will act as an advocate for the end-customers with the goal of consistently ensuring a cohesive, customer-first approach to marketing automation, personalization, loyalty and CRM.
  • Your role will be highly client-facing, requiring you to build strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally to push innovative thinking and deliver best-in-class solutions for our clients.
  • You will be working with our clients, both management and specialists, across many of their functions including marketing, sales, digital and technology.
