Job Summary
The Hospital / Institutional Customer Representative is responsible for working with the Hospital Customer Team to understand and identify Health Care Provider (HCP) customer needs and support pull-through activities.
Primary activities include communicating about products in a meaningful and relevant way to each customer, engaging in informed discussions, and acting as a primary point of contact for select customer accounts.
The role requires collaboration with various internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent customer experience and support customer needs.

Base: $106,200.00 - $167,200.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive; Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, sick days

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years Sales experience OR High School Diploma with 6+ years equivalent experience
Prior experience in a scientific or healthcare environment

Experience establishing new customer relationships
