  • High School diploma plus 2 years direct respiratory care experience OR Associate's degree in Respiratory Care
  • Current Arkansas Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (LRCP)
  • Current National Board of Respiratory Care Credential (RRT)
  • Current BLS certificate
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
