  • Manage and support over 350 AWS and Azure accounts/subscriptions, including setup, configuration, and lifecycle management.
  • Automate operational tasks using scripting languages and Infrastructure as Code tools, and implement CSG's Cloud Usage Framework via automation tools and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and DevOps activities, contribute to operational playbooks and SOPs, and mentor junior engineers.
