  • You will perform routine maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical work, as well as service heating and cooling systems as specified by the manufacturer.
  • The position requires maintaining confidentiality of all resident care information and reporting any suspected unauthorized disclosures promptly.
