Job Summary
The Quality Control Animal Testing Team Leader oversees day-to-day operations, leading and training staff on safety and potency testing, animal care, and facility management.
This role partners closely with QC laboratory, manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to prioritize work, coordinate resources, and ensure timely product release.
Responsibilities include reviewing test records for compliance, authoring and reviewing SOPs and Animal Usage Protocols, and managing the departmental budget.

Ability to ensure compliance with changing guidelines
Ability to trouble-shoot problems and implement corrective action
