Ventrac, a division of Toro Company, is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor for their second shift in Orrville, OH. The role involves leading fabrication operations, ensuring safety and quality, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Job Summary
Lead second-shift Fabrication operations, responsible for daily production execution, team leadership, safety, quality, and continuous improvement across multiple CNC, fabrication and welding work centers.
Directly supervise and develop a team of fabrication employees through coaching, training, and performance management, building a positive, respectful work environment where employees feel engaged, supported, and accountable.
Partner with Maintenance to ensure preventative maintenance is completed and downtime is minimized, and collaborate closely with Engineering, Parts, Scheduling, and Maintenance to support production priorities.
