The Shelter/WASH Associate supports the implementation of integrated settlement planning projects and oversees water and sanitation systems within UNHCR’s areas of responsibility.
The role involves providing technical guidance, monitoring project implementation, strengthening partner capacity, and promoting community participation to ensure sustainable WASH services.
The position requires close coordination with multifunctional teams, government counterparts, and development partners to improve WASH infrastructure and service delivery for refugees and host communities.

Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field
3 years relevant experience with High School Diploma or 2 years with Bachelor degree
Experience in WASH infrastructure in Rohingya refugee camps
Strong knowledge of water supply and sanitation systems
Ability to prepare technical designs and Bills of Quantities
Experience in community engagement and hygiene promotion
