Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Mechanical, electrical, and fire life safety systems knowledge
  • Hands-on experience with chilled water and HVAC systems
  • Ability to operate forklift and electrical tools
  • Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, and OSHA regulations
  • Shift work availability including nights and weekends

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in data center or semiconductor environments
  • Strong communication skills with contractors and customers
  • Critical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and monitoring systems

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in mechanical/electrical position within critical facilities
  • Associate of Science in Technology degree or equivalent education/experience
  • CPR/First Aid and NFPA 70E certification required during employment
  • OSHA approved forklift certification or ability to obtain one after hire
  • High School Diploma or GED required
