Motive is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to provide strategic technical leadership and white-glove service to their premier customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical support, excellent communication skills, and a strong technical background, particularly in API troubleshooting and systems infrastructure

Job Summary

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Strategic, Enterprise, and Mid-Market accounts, building proactive partnerships with technical contacts.
  • Utilize advanced analytical skills and tools like SQL to trace complex issues across hardware, APIs, and databases, identifying root causes and implementing proactive solutions.
  • Monitor upcoming product releases to ensure seamless transitions for customers and advocate for customers in Motive beta programs.
