  • The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
  • You will be responsible for identifying residents before administering treatments, reporting changes in condition, assisting with daily functions, and maintaining confidentiality of resident information.
  • The role requires cooperation with other facility personnel to ensure nursing services meet residents' needs and adherence to established policies and procedures.
