  • The Facilities manager oversees strategy, planning, facility operations, and project execution of a growing portfolio for Woodland Hills consisting of approximately 525,000 square feet over 37 acres, 6 buildings, and roughly 1,100 employees.

Base: $146,600.00 - $219,800.00; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus and possible long term incentives; Benefits: Health, life and disability insurance, savings plan, PTO, paid holidays

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field
  • 8+ years related experience or equivalent
  • 3+ years managing and leading teams
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance
  • Experience with Archibus, AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office
  • Preferred LEED AP, WELL AP, CFM, or FMP certifications
  • Active DoD Top Secret clearance preferred
