Must-have

  • Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander identity
  • Trauma-informed practice experience
  • Culturally safe service delivery
  • Youth homelessness knowledge
  • Strong yarning communication skills

  • Lived experience with vulnerable youth
  • Community connection and cultural knowledge
  • Experience with Elders and ACCOs
  • Healing-centred practices understanding
  • Flexible working arrangements preference

Key Requirements

  • Cert IV or higher in Community Services/Youth Work
  • Valid Driver's licence required
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC) mandatory
  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check required
  • Identified First Nations worker status
