As the Sr. LVN Supervisor, you will function as a clinic level supervisor, performing a variety of clinical and administrative duties related to clinical management of practice and patient care.
Responsibilities include direct nursing care, clinic administration, patient flow coordination, and supervision of clinic nursing staff, ensuring patient safety and maximizing patient care.
Key administrative duties involve supervising nursing staff, planning and adjusting daily staffing, conducting evaluations, maintaining competencies, providing training, and managing the Quality Assurance process.
