The Dietary Director oversees all aspects of the dietary department to ensure meals are safe, nutritious, and meet individual resident needs in compliance with physician orders and regulatory standards.
This role involves managing staff, maintaining budget compliance, coordinating with other departments, and conducting nutritional assessments to support resident well-being and satisfaction.
