  • The Independent Living Rehabilitation Counselor serves individuals who are visually impaired, blind or deaf blind who are in need of individualized services to maintain independence in the home and/or community.
  • Job duties include conducting outreach, completing comprehensive assessments, interpreting eye reports, determining eligibility, developing service plans, providing guidance and counseling, making referrals, and providing instruction on daily living skills.
