Employees must report all changes in residents' conditions, accidents, and suspected violations of protected health information to supervisors immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care functions such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while ensuring their safety and comfort.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
Knowledge of PCC documentation systems
Experience with resident assessment and care plans
Nice-to-have
Strong communication skills for resident interaction
Ability to work collaboratively with nursing staff
