Innovative Computer Solutions (ICS) is seeking an Account Relationship Manager to enhance client relationships and drive revenue growth through proactive account management in the wine and spirits retail industry. This remote position emphasizes sales discipline, customer engagement, and expertise in ICS's product offerings
Job Summary
This role blends structured account management discipline with proactive revenue expansion, responsible for strengthening client relationships, improving retention, increasing payments and ecommerce adoption, and driving incremental hardware and software sales across the installed base.
The Account Relationship Manager will own a defined portfolio of current customers, drive gross and net revenue retention, and identify and close expansion opportunities including payments adoption, ecommerce implementation, hardware refresh, and additional software modules.
As ICS scales its SaaS, ecommerce, and integrated payments ecosystem, the Account Relationship Manager plays a critical role in transforming our customer base into long-term strategic partners, ensuring customers fully leverage the ICS platform and recurring revenue grows predictably.

Key Requirements

Excellent organization and time management skills
BS/BA in business, technical field, or equivalent work experience
