  • Join our global Client Services team and take a lead role in shaping and delivering high‑quality EDMaaS onboarding and change initiatives.
  • As part of the EDM Change team, you will guide clients through smooth, consistent transitions into BAU operations while strengthening governance, improving processes, and ensuring delivery excellence.
  • In this role, you will act as a trusted specialist—informing product development, evolving onboarding frameworks, and influencing continuous improvement across our services.

  • Amenable to work on mid-shift schedule (EMEA)
  • 2x a week onsite set up
