As part of the EDM Change team, you will guide clients through smooth, consistent transitions into BAU operations while strengthening governance, improving processes, and ensuring delivery excellence.
In this role, you will act as a trusted specialist—informing product development, evolving onboarding frameworks, and influencing continuous improvement across our services.
