  • The Senior Legal Counsel will play a key role in providing expert legal support for a portfolio of Investment Funds (primarily AIFs and RAIFs) and their sub‑funds, contributing to product development, ongoing management and strategic initiatives.
  • Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating legal documentation—such as prospectuses, articles of incorporation, supplier agreements and fund-related contracts—along with advising on fund incorporations, liquidations, mergers and other corporate actions.
