The successful applicant will join a pharmacogenomics team and lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive pharmacogenomics program at the Medical University of South Carolina.
The faculty member will be instrumental in integrating genomic logic into the electronic health record (EHR), establishing system-wide governance structures, educating stakeholders, launching a consultative service to support precision prescribing, and evaluating effectiveness and outcomes.
Faculty expectations include providing didactic lectures, facilitation of laboratories or small group discussions, course coordination, and providing experiential rotations.

Key Requirements
Doctor of Pharmacy degree from ACPE-accredited school
Active South Carolina Pharmacist license
Completion of PGY1 residency
PGY2 residency or fellowship in pharmacogenomics or related area, or 5+ years relevant experience
