• The Director of Strategy & Performance Management is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering the organization’s strategic vision, establishing key performance indicators, and ensuring that initiatives are aligned with overarching business objectives.
• You will establish a robust performance management ecosystem, oversee portfolio-level analytics, lead transformation programs, and ensure data-driven decision making that improves uptime, reduces cost, enhances safety, and elevates service standards.
