• Manages a Retail Branch office and a group of Retail Branches within a defined Production Area, responsible for overall performance including achievement of production and service goals.
• Performs human resource management tasks including hiring, performance appraisals, promotions, salary increases, coaching, training, development, and disciplinary actions.

Base: $85,000 - $130,000 annually; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Retail Incentive Plan AIP/Bonus up to 15%; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
