Job Summary

  • Report to the Senior Manager, PMO to support execution of Source cost improvement programs and governance in collaboration with Supply Chain Procurement.
  • The Sourcing Manager, PMO Source role will focus on ensuring the timely and complete delivery of projects, establishing and executing strong governance frameworks to achieve margin expansion savings targets.
  • This position requires effective engagement with internal stakeholders and the cultivation of solid connections with key external partners in Electrophysiology (EP) located in Irvine CA, or Juarez, Mexico.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s and/or University degree
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional work experience

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Up to 25% domestic and/or international travel
