  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of consulting and managerial experience
  • Master's degree and 8 years of consulting and managerial experience
  • Minimum of ten years of related experience in higher education, executive education, consulting, or human resources
  • Experience with hiring, terminating, evaluating, and coaching individuals and teams
  • Experience leading teams of knowledge workers
  • Experience working with business school faculty
