Must-have

  • 6-8 years commercial building maintenance experience
  • HVAC preventative maintenance and repair skills
  • Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Experience with CMMS software like Corrigo
  • Ability to work rotating swing shifts

Nice-to-have

  • EPA 608 Type II refrigerant certification
  • Building Automation Systems (BAS) knowledge
  • Trade certifications in HVAC or Electrical disciplines
  • Experience in mission-critical 24/7 environments
  • Universal EPA certification preferred

Key Requirements
