  • Standing for full shift
  • Coordinate skilled maintenance technicians
  • Ensure optimal performance of critical manufacturing equipment
  • Promote excellence in preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Maintain strict compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation systems
  • Expertise in preventive maintenance programs
  • Proficiency in safety protocols including LOTO, confined space entry, and arc flash prevention
  • Effective leadership skills
  • Proficiency in project management and scheduling maintenance activities
  • Demonstrated experience in regulatory compliance and documentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with TPM, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience managing contractors and vendors
  • Develop solutions for some of the world’s toughest challenges

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • BS degree preferred
  • Advanced degree plus 2 years of experience, or bachelor's degree plus 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, or 6-8 years required in lieu of degree
  • 2 years of supervisory experience is required
  • Experience in GMP manufacturing environment, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and maintenance management software
