Coordinate skilled maintenance technicians
Ensure optimal performance of critical manufacturing equipment
Promote excellence in preventive and corrective maintenance
Maintain strict compliance with regulatory requirements
Foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation systems
Expertise in preventive maintenance programs
Proficiency in safety protocols including LOTO, confined space entry, and arc flash prevention
Effective leadership skills
Proficiency in project management and scheduling maintenance activities
Demonstrated experience in regulatory compliance and documentation
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Nice-to-have
Experience with TPM, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies
Experience managing contractors and vendors
Develop solutions for some of the world’s toughest challenges
Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
BS degree preferred
Advanced degree plus 2 years of experience, or bachelor's degree plus 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, or 6-8 years required in lieu of degree
2 years of supervisory experience is required
Experience in GMP manufacturing environment, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and maintenance management software
