• The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations to maintain the highest quality of care.
• Responsibilities include administrative functions, drug administration, personnel management, nursing care, staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment and supply management, and care plan assessment.
• The role requires participation in facility surveys, quality assurance programs, and continuing education to ensure compliance and professional growth.

• CPR certification
