This role ensures timely and accurate delivery of goods, supervises and trains material handling staff across three shifts, and maintains efficient departmental operations in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

7 years experience in manufacturing shipping & receiving
3 years in a lead/Supervisory role
Ability to supervise and develop team across shifts
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
