Job Summary

• Lead the operational team on production lines, transforming parts and raw materials into products, by-products, and company components, ensuring continuous and efficient operations according to the production plan, volumes, deadlines, procedures, drawings, standards, and quality, health, safety, and integrity policies.
• Organize and allocate resources to effectively and efficiently achieve line production objectives and factory indicators, meeting production plan requirements for volume, quality, reporting, deadlines, and defined inventory service levels.
• Contribute to the improvement of production performance by proposing improvements to processes and facilities through daily monitoring of production results and operator indications regarding maintenance issues.
